Friday night was amazing. In fact, Friday goes on record as one of the best days of all time. Mohegan Sun is an amazing casino that bring reality television stars to their venue for meet and greets. This same process led my sister and I to meeting Andy Cohen a month ago, and last night we got to chat with Caroline Manzo. I really mean we got to chat with her too. She is literally one of the nicest people ever!! For those of you who are not familiar with her name, her red hair, or her charming family (see a picture of me with her boys below!); Caroline Manzo is one of the stars from The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
The show is currently in it's fourth season and Caroline has been a fan favorite the entire time. All of the Bravo fans have a favorite, and Caroline has always been mine. I love her whole family and their dynamics, and I have always had a crush on her son Albie. So to get to meet her, was a true honor. She is exactly how she appears to be on television, hilarious, down-to-earth and seriously so nice!
We got to listen to her share about the reasons they signed up for the show, their qualms, her fights with Teresa, and how Jacqueline's son Nicholas is doing (she said he makes small successes every day). It was a great night, but the best part was actually meeting her. As a Jersey girl through and through, moving to Kansas in 2006 was a huge change for me. While living out in Kansas, my whole family watched the show and we always felt like it was a little piece of home. That's exactly what we told Caroline upon meeting her and she completely understood. She even signed my book "welcome home!" Check out the great photos below.
