Tomorrow is finally the day! The Golden Globes air on NBC at 7/6 C.
Everyone in Hollywood and the entertainment community worldwide is pumped to see the show. The show is broadcast every year in the United States and in 166 other countries worldwide. This year marks 70 years of boozing, lip-smacking, raucous and ever-delighting entertainment. It's the best award show around because their is an open bar. The stars are loose, they mingle and they always have a good time. Although I have true love for the Oscar's, the Golden Globes is where the party is; making it my favorite award show to watch.
This year with be no exception of craziness with the best dynamic duo in entertainment as our beloved hostesses. Tina Fey & Amy Poehler will dazzle tomorrow night with jokes, quips and stories. They will be a welcome change since the past three years have been hosted by cynic comic Ricky Gervais. Gervais is the only individual to have hosted the show numerous times in a row. Which leads me to have hope that in the years to come Poehler and Fey will still be onstage introduces the awards. Either way, the show that is in store for us will be one to remember.
The nominees this year are a fun bunch! We are bound to hear some entertaining acceptance speeches that are laced with too much vodka. But we will love it none the less. Here are my picks for who will win. Don't judge if I am wrong, but hopefully I do better than last year.
